With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John W Hearn of Rienzi, Mississippi, who passed away on October 12, 2025 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, O. D. Hearn and Stella Hearn; and his brother David Carl Hearn. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Hearn (Erica) and Whitney Hearn; his sister Shelia Wheeler; and the mother of his children Willie Mae Hearn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - South (741 US-45, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
