She was predeceased by : her husband Cary Rinehart; and her parents, Ray Palmer and Dorothy Palmer. She is survived by : her children, Tracy Smith (Richard) and Blake Rinehart; her grandchildren, Josh Wheeler, Erin Wiginton (Corey), Kaitlin Rinehart, Madelyn Smith and Hadley Rinehart; and her great grandchildren, Blayne Wiginton, Gabriel Wheeler and Ivy Wiginton.
