She was predeceased by : her husband Carl Francis Hagen; her son Donald "Frank" Francis Hagen; her parents, James Edward Chrestman and Ola Pearl Wilkerson Chrestman; and her sister Virginia Lucille Taylor.

She is survived by : her daughter Jamey Louise Hagen Bragg (Kevin) of Biggersville; her grandchildren, Samuel Bragg (Caty), Seth Bragg (Kayce), Mary Elizabeth Killough, James Shannon Hagen and Sean Hagen; her great grandchild Joshua Killough; her daughter-in-law Glenda Hagen of Corinth; and her siblings, James Edward Chrestman (Jewel) of Little Rock, AR, Donald Lee Chrestman of Brinkley, AR, Mary Louise Chrestman of West Memphis, AR and Emma Geneva Ford (Philip) of Cordova, TN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

“So sorry for your loss...I have fond memories of Ola Jean Hagen...She was my LPN instructor in 1974 at Booneville, Mississippi college and a very good instructor....She was a loving and caring lady and I will never forget her...I am now just getting the news that she passed away...My prayers go out to her daughter and rest of family”
