He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rinehart and Audra Rinehart. He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Ned" Rinehart; his sons, Korry Rinehart (Ashley) and Kody Rinehart (Chelsea); his brothers, David Rinehart (Jerri) and Bruce Rinehart; his grandchildren, Luke and Lynley Rinehart; and his close friends, Kyle and Amber Graves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hinkle Creek Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Marty Rinehart to the Heart Association or to St. Jude.
