Simpson of Ripley, MS; her siblings, Florence Webb (George), Essie Morgan (James) of Michigan City, MS, Linda Jones (Willie) of Grand Junction, TN, Ornetta Mac (Lucas), Debra Teate (Richard) of California, Linda Freeman (Steven) of Chicago, IL, Larry Hoyle (Linda), Grady L. Hoyle, Alvin Hoyle, Jimmie L. Hoyle, Lincoln T. Hoyle of Grand Junction, TN, Willie L. Hoyle (Brenda) of Bolivar, TN, Walter J. Hoyle (Rose) of Whiteville, TN, Willie J. Hoyle (Shelly), Luther A. Hoyle of Ashland, MS, Dennis Buggs (Bobbie Jean) of Michigan City, MS, Frederick Buggs, Nicholas Buggs and Sherman Buggs of California; her uncle Joe Lewis Malone (Carrie) of Memphis, TN; and her aunts, Josie Edgeston (Ricky) of Ripley, MS and Rosie McKinney of Memphis, TN.. She is also survived by four uncles and two aunts; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foster and Son Funeral Home Chapel of Ripley (601 S Line St, Ripley, MS 38663). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the TBD Union Hill Cemetery of Ashland.
