It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvie A. Morrison of Ripley, Mississippi, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ira A. Morrison; his wife Lacy Doles Morrison; his son Len Morrison; and his siblings, Lillie Hargett, Ivy Cox, Clara James, Ruby Schwartz, Vertis Morrison, Curtis Morrison, James Morrison and Roy Morrison.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Nance (Keith), Ann Mullins (Randy), Sharlene Cornelious (Ricky) and Roy Wayne Morrison; and his siblings, Lennis Mullins, Alvis Morrison and Wayne Morrison (Dianne). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
