He is survived by: his daughter Lindsey Aguilar (Noe) of Ripley, MS; his sister Jennifer Tanner of Blue Mountain, MS; his grandchildren, Jessica, Lilianna and Noe Jr. (Aguilar); his aunt Linda Murry of Colorado; his uncles, Kenneth Smith (Janie) of Blue Mountain, MS and Richard Murry; his niece Grancin Tanner; and his nephews, Braxton Tanner and Brian Berry.
