He is survived by: his children, Angela Nance Bostelman-Kaczmarek (Thomas) and Nicholas Nance (Keri Jackson); his grandchildren, Max Bostelman, Will Bostelman, Luke Bostelman, Ryan Kaczmarek, Noelle Kaczmarek and Phoenix Lee Nance; his great grandchild Ellis Hart Bostelman; his former wife Cyndi Eaton; and his cousins, Richard Nance and Dave Craig Jr. (Susan).
