He is survived by : his wife Lisa Gilliam Butler; his son John Butler (Katelyn); his siblings, Joyce Parker (Ronnie), Betty Knighton (Roy), Ann Musgrove (Bob), Kathy Butler, Connie Williams (Terry), Martha Nobles, Linda Bishop (Rob), Wanda Jarvis (Marty) and Bobby Butler (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Carter "CJ" and Dalton Butler; and his pet Sophie.
