Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Jessie Orman; her parents, Lillie Hopkins Strickland and J. H. Strickland; her son-in-law Tommy Rooker; and her siblings, Hillard, Montroy, Kyle, Clyce, David Strickland and Melba Orman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Short (Steve) and Debbie Rooker (late Tommy Rooker); her grandchildren, Amy Parker (Andy), Adam Short (Brittney), Jessie Rooker and April Gerakos-Rooker (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Julianne Parker, Bowman, Taggart and Grinnell Gerakos-Rooker; and her siblings, Darlene Hartley and Billy Strickland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
