She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Putland and Rita Palmer Putland; her husband John Kelly II; and her siblings-in-law, Diane Demarco and Craig Kelly.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Stacks (Roy), Stephanie Roberts (C. W.) and John Kelly III (Janel); her sisters, Janice Thompson (Bill) and Edith Pontano; her grandchildren, Kendall Kelly (Victoria), Sydney Kelly, Haley Stacks, Lindsey Roberts, Owen Roberts, Brayden Kelly, Harley Beasley and Brooke Kelly; her great grandchildren, Alex and Bennett Kelly; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Williamson and Diana Kelly.
The family requested that donations be directed to the Mecklenburg County Cancer Association, or the South Hill Volunteer Fire Department.
