He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wickliff Jacobs and Dorothy Frances Cole Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Amanda Watkins Jacobs; his sisters, Shelia Cox and Judy James; his niece Mandy Forman; and his great-nephew Drew Forman.
