She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewitt Rogan Sr. and Beulah Storey Rogan of Ripely, MS.; her siblings, Dewitt Rogan Jr. (Loretta) of Ripley, MS, Tom Rogan (Patricia) of Detroit Michigan, Charlie Rogan of Detroit Michigan and Lorene Hill (Arthur) of St Louis; and her close friend Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Rogan Vance; her grandchildren, Trista Johnson (Shawn), Trendy Rogan (Alyissa), Tyler Rogan (Shaneise) and Amira Vance; her great grandchildren, Jordyn, CJ, Aubrey, Aliy, Rylee, Dewitt Rogan, Tayler, Chloe and Robert Deshawn Johnson; and her brother Billy Wayne. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Relatives.
