Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert J. Crum and Eula Mae Barbour; and his brother William J. Barbour, III. He is survived by: his siblings, Bobbie Sue Thompson, Ruth Lehnhoff, Elaine Barbour and Robert Barbour. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
