He was predeceased by: his parents, Kennith Irvin and Virginia Bertha Cecil; and his brothers, David Cecil and Raymond Cecil. He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas Cecil, Ronald Cecil, Daniel Cecil, Timothy Cecil and Bryant Cecil.
A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Heritage Chapel of the Ripley Funeral Home (1011 City Ave N, Ripley, MS 38663).
