He is survived by: his parent Vickey Pannell Armstrong (Curtis) of Falkner, MS; his wife April Michelle Tapp Pannell of Ripley, MS; his children, Kenneth Cole Pannell of Ripley, MS and Morgan Edwards (Dakota) of Pontotoc, MS; his stepdaughters, Haley Meeks (Dalton) of Pontotoc, MS and Olivia Waters of Ripley, MS; his brothers, Charles Collums (Shelia) of Ripley, MS and Joe Russell (Angie) of Chattanooga, TN; his stepbrother Eric Armstrong (Shelby) of Ripley, MS; his parents-in-law, Lonnie and Carolyn Tapp; and his grandchildren, Kensli Kirk, Holden Gregory Edwards and Jack Ryan Edwards.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McBride Funeral Home, Inc. (206 N Commerce St, Ripley, MS 38663). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
