It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Newcomb of Ripley, Mississippi, who passed away on February 6, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Oliver and Mildred Crum Thomas; and her brother James Oliver (Thomas). She is survived by: her husband David Newcomb; her daughters, Lori Carter (Billy) and Lynn Alberson (Billy); her stepdaughter Jennifer Newcomb; her sons, Wayne Dulaney (Renee) and Michael Dulaney (Ethelda); her stepson Justin Burleson; her father-in-law Charles Newcomb; her brother Ola Thomas (Ann); her grandchildren, Neal, April, Amy, Jonathan, Michaela, Ashley and Sloan; and her pets, Little Bit and Jasper. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
