He is survived by: his wife Tameka Garmon-Spight; his children, Frederick, Ray Jr., Maurice Spight Spight (JaRhonda) of St. Louis, MO, Twanna Glasper (Dentrell) of Memphis, TN and Angela Bush (Jamal) of Athens, AL.; his sister Linda Gillard (Larry) of Tiplersville, MS; his mother-in-law Mosetta Garmon of Verona, MS; his siblings-in-law, Monica Rucker (Darrell) of Madison, AL and Kevin Brady of Fulton, MS; and his cousins, Reginald Jones (Amy), Taj Colom (Ashley) and Brandon Spight (Tawan) of Ripley, MS.. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foster and Son Funeral Home Chapel (601 S Line St, Ripley, MS 38663). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Terry Street Church of Christ (422 Terry St # A, Ripley, MS 38663).
