With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Herman Hancock of Ripley, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Hancock and Leo Farris Hancock; and his siblings, Peggy Ann Hancock and Jerry Wayne Hancock. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Maye Robinson Hancock of Ripley; his children, Sheila Goode (Bobby) of Ripley and Randall Hancock (Paula) of Ripley; his siblings, David Hancock (Shirley) of Ripley and Virginia Mills of New Albany; and his granddaughters, Shelley Burcham (Duane) of Tishomingo, Katrina Gates (Brian) of Ripley, Stephanie Garner (Chris) of Ripley and Dawn Stroupe (Clint) of Dumas. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
