He is survived by: his wife Judy Haygood Burns; his children, Tammy Burns, Stacy Brown (Justin), Roger Burns, Jr., Alice Heavener (Tommy), Nathan Burns (Layla), Maliyah Burns (Nick), Rusty Stewart (Candy), Brian Stewart, Meloney Carroll (Bo) and Melinda Cheek; his grandchildren, Sarah, Derrick Smith (Kaitlyn), Shelby Johnson (Christian), Abby Raines (Doug), Jack Brady (Emily Beth), Allen Leopard, Calvin Burns, Travis Burns, Jacee Morrison, Kendall Carroll, Paxton Stewart, Emerick Stewart, Chevy Stewart and Hunter Stewart; his great grandchild Elijah Cole; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth O'Callaghan (Bill), Sherry Miller (Windell), Teresa Davis (Wayne), Neil Burns (Pat), Lisa Boye (Rick) and Richard Burns (Debbie).
