He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Robbins, Rebecca Wilson, Roy Barnes Jr. and Donnie Barnes (Tamara); his stepdaughter Susan Robinson (Jerry); his stepmother Joyce Barnes; and his sisters, Rochell Boggs (Ricky) and Brenda Whitehead (Harold). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
