He was predeceased by: his parents, William Erby and Lois Smith Burch. He is survived by: his pet Debbie Ellington; his daughters, Sherry Parker and Terry Pierce (Sonny); and his sister Bettye Gale Leatherwood. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and five great great grandchildren.
