He is survived by: his wife Christine King Woodard; his children, David Arrington Woodard, Frankie Woodard and Rosalind Barnett; his siblings, Melvin Stevie Woodard (Diane), Corey Woodard (Sharon), Mae Page, Edna Woodard and Freddie Mae Trotter; his stepchildren, Everlean Wilson, A. D. King Jr., Albert King, Jessie King, Debbie King and Patricia King; and his stepgrandchildren, Dionne King and Stephanie King. He is also survived by grandchildren; sixteen plus great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
