He is survived by: his wife Jan Mitchell Hays; his children, Noelle Whiteside (Eric) and Gabby Hays (Amber); and his siblings, Linda Winslow, Kenny Hays, Pam Myshrall and Hank Hays. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
