He was predeceased by: his parents, Lila Mitchel and Willie Rigsby; and his wife Rebecca Salter Rigsby. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah A. Rigsby and Tracey Rigsby; and his sisters, Bonnie Wiley, Willie Mae Johnson and Ruthie Walker.
