She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry Rogers and Edith Swink Rogers; and her husband James Howard "Jim" Walton. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Walton Stanford (Casey) of Rosedale; and her granddaughter Elizabeth Lucile Smith.
The family asks that memorials to Joan be made to the donor's favorite charity.
