He was predeceased by: his parents, James Butler Stroud, Jr. and Alice Marie Buckles. He is survived by: his children, Howard Ray Stroud, Jr. (Donna) and Haley Stroud; his siblings, Michael N. Stroud, Sr., James Earl Stroud, Sherry Oglesby (Lynn) and Brenda Stroud; and his grandchildren, Rhileigh Kate, Ellison, Logan, Peyton, Brantlee, Charles David and Katie-Jean.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Franklin Funeral Home (291 Main St, Meadville, MS 39653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Stroud & Farrell Cemetery (5756 MS-33, Roxie, MS 39661).
