He was predeceased by : his parents, Nathanial Arville Guice and Alma Joy Guice; his wife Mary Guice; his children, Kenneth Guice and Vonda Stroud Maier; and his grandchildren, Brandon Guice and Stephanie Anderson.

He is survived by : his children, Sheri Simmons (Keith), Trudy Gamblin (David), Linda Charlene Reeves (Lloyd), Timothy Guice and Johnny Guice; and his sister Emma Bradley (Bruce). He is also survived by 56 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
