He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Brister; his stepson Brady Hedgepeth; his children, Anna Raye Brister and Ty Brister; his stepparents, Terry Brister (Leah) and Doug Brown; and his siblings, Cass Brister (Katie), Cody Brister (Madelen), Caroleah Everett (Taylor), John Mark Brown (Jenny) and Andy Brown (Reagan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
