Derrek Wade (Angela) of Thomastown and Ethan Wade (Loryn) of Thomastown; his grandchildren, Deuce, Raydee, Jessie, Nevaeh, Maren, Kallum, Lenah, Lacey, Audrey, Judson, Chad, Sawyer, Lincoln and Lucas; his brother Benny Wade; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Lacey (Gail) and Debbie Edwards (Roger). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
