Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Bill leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Turner and Mary Roberts Turner; his former wife Annie L. Bishop Turner; and his wife Joyce Barnes Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Fair (Richard) of Eggville; and his sisters, Marvinelle Buse of Baldwyn and Francis Smothers of Mantachie.
