He is survived by: his wife Joyce Cantrell; his daughters, Brandy Cook (Carson) of Fulton and Emily Boxx (Cody) of Booneville, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Mason Cook, Tate Cook, Piper Boxx and Blakely Boxx; and his sisters, Janice Hartline (Mike) of Saltillo, Mississippi. and Carol Shirley (Brad) of Saltillo, Mississippi..
