He was predeceased by: his father Robert Raines; his daughter Sandra Kay; his brothers, George Robert, Jim and John Wayne; his grandson Ryan Meeks; and his mother Aline McBrayer Raines.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Tina Meeks and Becky Tatum (Troy); and his grandchildren, Allegra Parker (Drew), Clint Huddleston (Tiffany), Cody Huddleston, Karter Meeks (Laken) and Sarah Tatum (Brandon). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
