He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McMillan and Nan Su McMillan; his brothers, Craig McMillan and Timothy McMillan; and his brother-in-law Jack T. Reynolds.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Kay" McMillan; his children, Jennifer Lyttle (Edward), Jason McMillan (Aubrey), Jon McMillan and Wendy Furr; his grandchildren, Steven McMillan (Taylor), Breeanna Banks, Carly Banks, Canah Banks, Drew McMillan, Ann Marie McMillan, Jacy McMillan, Gabe Carter, Zoey McMillan and Leah McMillan; his great grandchildren, Hayden Banks and Levi Whitely; his siblings, Karen Smith, Patricia Moorman, Seana Campbell and Brian McMillan; and his in-laws, Steven, Deborah and Kim.
