She is survived by: her son Jason Stults (Tammy); her grandchildren, Jace Stults, Jonah Stults, Rhett Stults, Brittany Koundry and Nikki Stults; her great grandchildren, Joslyn, Ayla, Liam, Logan, Gracie and Kayden; her siblings, James Phillips, Frances Cresap (Jimmy) and Sarah Flanagan; and her daughter-in-law Kaye Stults. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
