He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred T. Franks and Lois Carolyn Thomason Franks; and his nephew Thom Franks. He is survived by: his children, Rick Berteau (Angelena) of Houston, Kenneth "Ken" Berteau of Houlka and Shrie Corder (Zack); his significant other Laurie Smink of Saltillo; his brother Tommy Franks (Carin) of Saltillo; his grandchildren, Kolby Earrey, Makayla Byars, Chelle Corder, Will Corder, Aiden Corder and Haley Moore; and his great grandchild Weston Caulder.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Holland Funeral Directors (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801).
