She was predeceased by: her parents, Doc Gahagen and Tressa Hisaw Gahagen; her son Hanford Duckworth; her grandson Donny Faulkner; her siblings, JB, Amos, Margaret and Verann; and her brother-in-law Richard Faulkner.

She is survived by: her children, Sherry Faulkner of Tupelo, Lisa Matthews (Terry Hall) of Baldwyn and Terry Duckworth (Myra) of Saltillo; her granddaughter Brandy Faulkner of Tupelo; and her children, Bill Bird (Cortney) of Saltillo, Cadence Armstrong of Belmont and Brandon Davis (Cassie Dunaway) of Saltillo. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one on the way; and one great-great-grandchild.
