He is survived by: his parents, Raymond C Woodard and Elizabeth D. Woodard; his brother Seth Woodard; and his grandparents, Rufus Woodard, Tracie Toifel (Bryce) and Loretha Smith (Joel). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and great grandparents.
