He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Carlisle; his children, Rhonda Carlisle and James Carlisle, Jr.; his stepchildren, Cindy Dalton, Windy Fritzke (Jamie) and Gary Wayne Lenard, Jr.; his siblings, Ann DeLoach (Sonny), Diane Manning (Bobby) and Ronald Carlisle (Joyce); his grandchildren, Nicci Dorsey (B. J.), Johnny Kiddy, Tyler Carlisle, Jacob Carlisle, Nathan Dalton, Kaylee Jones (Mason), Brianna Lenard, McKayla Lenard, McKenzie Lenard, Hannah Fritzke, Abby Fritzke, Conner Fritzke and Maggie Fritzke; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Dalton, C. J. Dorsey, Mila Dorsey, Sadie Dorsey, Kage Kiddy, Doc Kiddy and Ellie Kiddy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pate-Jones Funeral Home (4174 Hwy 51 S, Senatobia, MS 38668). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at the Flag Lake Cemetery (1957 Flag Lake Rd, Sarah, MS 38665).
