She is survived by: her husband Joe Fowler of West Point; her son Frank Fowler (Linda) of Madison; her siblings, Jean Holliday Noblin of West Point and Andrew Holliday (Keiko); her granddaughters, Elizabeth Fowler and Sara Kathryn Dolcefino; and her great grandchildren, Liam Dolcefino and Juliet Dolcefino.
