He was predeceased by : his parents, William Henry Osbarn and Myrtle Kendall Osbarn; his children, James Alan Osbarn and Cynthia Lynn Osbarn; and his siblings, Maurine Osbarn Winters, Deloris Osbarn Winters, Juanita Osbarn Hughes, William Henry Osbarn, Jr., Grady Osbarn, Bobby Osbarn and Helen Osbarn Mauley.

He is survived by : his wife Delores "Dee" Osbarn of Sardis, MS; his stepsons, Rick Neth (Beth) of Batesville, MS and Royce Neth of Sardis, MS; his daughter-in-law Pam Osbarn of Alabama; and his granddaughter Shelby Lynn Stevens of Water Valley, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
