He is survived by: his wife Angel Thompson; his mother-in-law Terri Turner; his siblings, Larry Thompson Jr., David Thompson, Julie Cox, Joseph Thompson and Steven Ladner; his children, Bruce Thompson Jr. (Cheyenne), Jamie Hertzog (Christopher), Jordan Thompson and Peyton Thompson; and his grandsons, George Thompson and Weston Hertzog.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bradford O'Keefe (15452 Oneal Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home - O'Neal Road (15452 Oneal Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (400 Veterans Ave, Biloxi, MS 39531).
