He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gault and Vera Gault; and his wife Betty Gault. He is also survived by five children, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Riemann Family Funeral Home - Gulfport Starts (11280 Three Rivers Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at the Stone Bond Cemetery.
