She was predeceased by: her parents, Drayton Terry and Lottie Lewis Terry; and her brothers, Bob Terry and Jimmy Terry. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Ernie Sadler; her daughter Shanti S. O'Neal (Donnie); her grandchildren, Abbie Butler (Carson), Taylor O'Neal and Dr. Jonathan O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Reid Butler and Olivia Butler; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Terry and Phyllis Terry. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
