He is survived by: his wife Theresa Winters; his children, Richard Winters (Julie), Robin Wilson (Chris), Terri Espy (Shirley Garrison) and Sherri Wheat; his siblings, Tom Hawley and Dorothy Mayo; and his grandchildren, Jessyka, Natasha, Mark, Dillon, Lily, Elijah, Ella, Zack, Samantha, Jack and Tabby. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
