He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hatcher and Ada Marie "Sue" Hatcher; his sisters, Paula Marie Hatcher and Patricia Maxine Maxwell; his brother-in-law Bennie Pierce; and his father-in-law James W. Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Lea Hatcher; his mother-in-law Marilyn Russell; his daughters, Megan Kropidlowski (Mike) and Kristine "Kristy" Hatcher Gemmill (Ethan); his stepchildren, Geoffrey Craig Hittner (Shannon) and Kelly McCormick (Joseph); his sisters, Mary Pierce and Brenda Lee Alvord; and his grandchildren, Callie, Kaitlin Kropidlowski, Anthony Hittner, Scotty McCormick, Alex Hittner, Augustus Hittner and Ophelia Gemmill.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Michael Memorial Baptist Church (15053 John Clark Rd, Gulfport, MS 39503). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, November 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery (Memorial Dr, Biloxi, MS 39531).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Glenn's honor to support veteran PTSD (https://www.va.gov) Semper Fidelis.
