He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, John II (Lisa), Bryant (Marlene) and Mark (Michelle); his grandchildren, John III (Allyson), Chris (Natasha), Scott (Ashley), Shelley (Matt), Michaela (Chase) and Marissa; his great grandchildren, Aubreigh, Anna Grace, Landon, Liam, Chase, Haelynn, Tritt and Warden; and his caregivers, Sue, Ashley, Liz, Wendy and Cheryl.
