He is survived by: his wife Janet Cooper; his daughter Brooke Taylor; his son-in-law David; and his siblings, Edith Marie Lewis, Joyce Cooper, Margie Jones, John Cooper, Leon Cooper (Dolly), Dale Cooper and Rita Stringfellow.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Funeral Services (319 US 49, McHenry, MS 39561). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 12:15 PM at the BIG Level Baptist Church (1346 City Bridge Rd, Wiggins, MS 39577).
