He was predeceased by: his mother Carol Ann Marin, Sr. (Triplett); his grandchild Baby Patterson; and his grandfather Sonny (Nana Shirley Triplett). He is survived by: his wife Leslie "Cussie" Ladner Marin; his children, Kristin "Duma", AdaLeigh, Toot, Brandy "Jugs" Glenn (Daniel "Smalls") and Melesa Marin; his father Rudy "Papa Schnauze" Marin, Sr.; and his siblings, Shawna "Skunyun" Marin, Rudy "Root Dog" Marin, Jr. and Shay "Tick" Marin (Kasey). He is also survived by grandchildren as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
