We announce the death of Annie Sue Padgett of Seminary, Mississippi, who passed away on September 7, 2026, at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Kelley Newsome Melton and Carlie Lee Melton; her husband Leonard E. Padgett, Jr.; her granddaughter Tabitha Bullock; her great grandchild Noah O'Flynn; and her brothers, C. J. Melton, Tommy Melton, Bill Melton and Eugene Melton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Threasa Bounds (Tommy) of Sumrall, Debbie Bullock and Susie Craft (Randy); her sisters, Melba Roberts of Carroll County, TN, Dorothy Hampton of Carroll County, TN and Martha Webb of Carroll County, TN; her grandchildren, T. J. Padgett, Lauren Bullock and Nathan Craft; and her great grandchildren, Jaxson Padgett, Marley O'Flynn, Colton Craft, Adelyn Craft and Sawyer Craft. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bullock Cemetery.
